Spectators: 7443 (Terracing: 5620, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 100) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Constantin Rada made the kick off which started today's match. If Ionel Gogea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 5th minute Ionel Gogea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cătălin Crăcană saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cătălin Crăcană took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Constantin Rada, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luca Răica charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luca Răica the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of SUPER OTELUL booed when FC GLORIA BUZĂU was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luca Răica didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, SUPER OTELUL's Remus Ciocârlan tried to score from far away in the 13th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Cazimir Romaşcanu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ferdinand Buzincu in the 17th minute. After a defensive mix-up in SUPER OTELUL's zone, Ionel Gogea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cătălin Crăcană came out of the goal and Ionel Gogea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 21 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for SUPER OTELUL! Cătălin Madgearu hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. When Cătălin Madgearu fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC GLORIA BUZĂU's protests and gave Cătălin Madgearu a yellow card for diving instead. Cătălin Madgearu kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, SUPER OTELUL's Remus Ciocârlan tried to score from far away in the 34th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. If Constantin Rada had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Ionel Gogea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Constantin Rada's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cătălin Crăcană read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. 43 minutes into the match, SUPER OTELUL's goal looked a bit too open when Constantin Rada came free, but Cătălin Crăcană reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Cătălin Madgearu was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 47 minutes had been played. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pompiliu Maior stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Ionel Gogea came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the FC GLORIA BUZĂU fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ionel Gogea couldn't finish the play. Constantin Rada fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cătălin Crăcană having to interfere. After 56 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for SUPER OTELUL! Luca Răica shot the penalty kick right outside the post. FC GLORIA BUZĂU's Doru Codrea got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 76th play minutes Ionel Gogea shot 0-6, a short shot which went by Cătălin Crăcană and just under the crossbar into goal. If Ionel Gogea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Constantin Radas short, quick shot in the 89thth minute got Cătălin Crăcană to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Cătălin Crăcană made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Ionel Gogea sent off a good shot on target. Ferdinand Buzincu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Cazimir Romaşcanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ionel Gogea recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 98th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
