The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vlad Astafiei was the one to do the kick off. Ştefan Arșanu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Claudiu Hodorog's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. Beghinesti FC's Avram Dorian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vasile Giurchescu in the 96th minute of play. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
