In the 18th minute, Leonard Bârlea got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice moves Gabriel Udrea could shoot a difficult shot in the 21st minute, which Iosif Şendrea however easily saved by the left post. Teodor Troncotă was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 23 minutes into the match. 23 minutes into the game, one of Antocenii UFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Doru Panescu placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! When Gabriel Udrea came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the FC Baia Mare fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gabriel Udrea couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Antocenii UFC's Basarab Jităreanu got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Antocenii UFC's Iosif Şendrea proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Antocenii UFC from getting a goal against them. Gabriel Udrea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iosif Şendrea having to interfere. Iosif Şendrea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eduard Diaconu, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. 45 minutes into the game, Cristian Istrătescu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Baia Mare's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Antocenii UFC the free kick. Cristian Istrătescu hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Leonard Bârlea to make the kick off. Eduard Diaconu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Nichifor Gugea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Antocenii UFC's Iosif Şendrea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eduard Diaconu in the 58th minute of play. Iosif Şendrea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabriel Udrea, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Laurențiu Alexiu during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Antocenii UFC:s Iosif Şendrea showed great skill when he stopped Doru Panescu:s penalty. 75 minutes into the match, Antocenii UFC's goal looked a bit too open when Eduard Diaconu came free, but Iosif Şendrea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iosif Şendrea came out of the goal and Gabriel Udrea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Iosif Şendrea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eduard Diaconu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
