Spectators: 6695 (Terracing: 5695, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Octavian Rogozanu kicked off to start the match. 9 minutes into the match, Manuel Otețea dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Iulian Seţeanu, 1-0. In the 13th minute, Eduard Mahonea got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 21st minute Marcel Mărăscu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cazimir Opaina saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Marcel Mărăscu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Santamaria fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Totoiu CF's Cazimir Opaina played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Octavian Rogozanu in the 28th minute of play. Octavian Rogozanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Cazimir Opaina tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cazimir Opaina showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcel Mărăscu in the 36th minute of the match. Cazimir Opaina showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Octavian Rogozanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. After 43 played minutes Totoiu CF got a freekick which was hit by Aurelian Urducea. After having played for 44 minutes, Marcel Mărăscu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Santamaria's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcel Mărăscu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Totoiu CF players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Santamaria were winning 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Horea Zafiu to make the kick off. Ion Trăilă took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 53rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Cazimir Opaina. Totoiu CF's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. With 55 minutes on the clock, Martin Rușanu commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 54 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Totoiu CF! When the match had been going on for 57 minutes, Santamaria's Ion Trăilă got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Cazimir Opaina. 63 minutes into the match, Totoiu CF's goal looked a bit too open when Octavian Rogozanu came free, but Cazimir Opaina reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eduard Mahonea hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. 76 minutes into the game, Octavian Rogozanu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Cazimir Opaina. Octavian Rogozanu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. Totoiu CF's Cazimir Opaina played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Octavian Rogozanu in the 80th minute of play. Octavian Rogozanu scored 1-5 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cazimir Opaina, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Nicu Elefteriu charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nicu Elefteriu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Totoiu CF's Robert Romanescu was substituted for Manuel Otețea. After 91 played minutes Santamaria got a freekick which was hit by Nicu Elefteriu. If Octavian Rogozanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot 95 in the game by Marcel Mărăscu from a close distance when the talented Cazimir Opaina managed to make a qualified save. Totoiu CF's players were relieved.
