Spectators: 7217 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 1717, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Paul Floruțiu made the kick off which started today's match. In the 5th minute Paul Floruțiu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petruț Iosifian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paul Hudiță's late challenge caught a Santimbru FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Paul Hudiță helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, F.C. Caciulati-Admiral's Paul Hudiță got a free kick in the 13th minute. 15 minutes into the match, Santimbru FC's Iustin Ologu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ovidiu Burdujan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Iustin Ologu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Santimbru FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Iustin Ologu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ovidiu Burdujan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 20th minute, Ionel Tâbârnă got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Iustin Ologu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Ovidiu Burdujan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcel Oprișan struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Petruț Iosifian didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for F.C. Caciulati-Admiral. Iustin Ologu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Ovidiu Burdujan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 48 minutes into the game, Marcel Oprișan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Petruț Iosifian was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

If Marcel Oprișan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 63rd minute, Augustin Calota got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Iustin Ologu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paul Floruțiu in the 66th minute of play forced Santimbru FC's goalkeeper Petruț Iosifian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 75th minute Iustin Ologu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ovidiu Burdujan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ovidiu Burdujan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iustin Ologu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Augustin Calota sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 90th minute, Marcel Oprișan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of F.C. Caciulati-Admiral booed when Santimbru FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cazimir Iosif didn't get a good kick on the ball. Santimbru FC's Petruț Iosifian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcel Oprișan in the 96th minute of play. Iustin Ologu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
