In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ghergheleu CSS's goalkeeper Dumitru Ştef, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Ghergheleu CSS's zone, Mugurel Tolea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dumitru Ştef came out of the goal and Mugurel Tolea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mugurel Tolea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Dumitru Ştef tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mugurel Tolea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dumitru Ştef having to interfere. In the 30th minute Daniel Dijmărescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dumitru Ştef saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dumitru Ştef took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mugurel Tolea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Răzvan Minteuan charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Răzvan Minteuan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Bubulina FC booed when Ghergheleu CSS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Răzvan Minteuan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dumitru Ştef showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mugurel Tolea in the 35th minute of the match. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Ion Ene showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonard Drăgan, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Dumitru Ştef made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Dijmărescu in the 58th minute of play. In the 60th minute Daniel Dijmărescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dumitru Ştef saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dumitru Ştef made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Mugurel Tolea sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 84 minutes, Mugurel Tolea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bubulina FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mugurel Tolea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mugurel Tolea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dumitru Ştef having to interfere. Dumitru Ştef showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Dijmărescu in the 91st minute of the match. 94 minutes into the match, Bubulina FC's goal looked a bit too open when George Andriescu came free, but Ion Ene reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Despite being the better team, Bubulina FC failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
