Spectators: 6823 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 100) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Leonard Drăgan kicked off to start the match. A collision led to Bubulina FC getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Gheorghe Maleș hit a great ball. The supporters of Bubulina FC booed when Ghergheleu CSS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Doru Zotincă didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Daniel Dijmărescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 25th minute George Andriescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ion Ene saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Ghergheleu CSS getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Sever Doinaș hit a great ball. In the 34th minute of the match Sever Doinaș shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ion Ene showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Mugurel Tolea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Dumitru Ştef tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bubulina FC's Mugurel Tolea got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mugurel Tolea made a kick off. George Andriescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 61stth minute of the game Leonard Drăgan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bubulina FC's Ion Ene was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 66 minutes into the match, Ghergheleu CSS's goal looked a bit too open when Mugurel Tolea came free, but Dumitru Ştef reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dumitru Ştef stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mugurel Tolea's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. After 77 minutes of play, Bubulina FC's Daniel Dijmărescu made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dumitru Ştef was left in no man's land by his defense there! Daniel Dijmărescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Dumitru Ştef tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Daniel Dijmărescu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dumitru Ştef having to make a save. After some careless play in the Bubulina FC defense, George Andriescu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ion Ene. The Bubulina FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ion Ene should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonard Drăgan in the 96th minute of play forced Bubulina FC's goalkeeper Ion Ene to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bubulina FC were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Ghergheleu CSS to leave the ground with a draw.
