An unexpectedly hard shot by Avram Timofte in the 13th minute of play forced Hamagia FC's goalkeeper Albert Purcaru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 14 minutes, Călin Joldea mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hamagia FC and the Rocket FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Hamagia FC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Călin Joldea hit a great ball. Rocket FC's Octav Stafie couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 15th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Hamagia FC. In the 17th match minute, Hamagia FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ionuț Boldur to maneuver through the defense. If Mugurel Hirean had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Rocket FC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Nicolae Şerb hit a great ball. In the 25th minute of the match Claudiu Albulescu shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marcu Drăgan showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Hamagia FC's zone, Mugurel Hirean stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Albert Purcaru came out of the goal and Mugurel Hirean tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mugurel Hirean got in the 33rd a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Albert Purcaru handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. With a little luck, Hamagia FC's Albert Purcaru got control of the ball when Mugurel Hirean tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mugurel Hirean sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mugurel Hirean received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Albert Purcaru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Rocket FC's Marcu Drăgan got control of the ball when Răzvan Unchiaşu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Albert Purcaru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adrian Savu in the 85th minute of the match. Avram Timofte took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Albert Purcaru. Albert Purcaru dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. 92 minutes into the game, one of Hamagia FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 94th minute there was a penalty for Rocket FC. Octav Stafie stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Albert Purcaru. 4-0. 97 minutes into the match, Avram Timofte had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Albert Purcaru. Hamagia FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Avram Timofte was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0.
