Seatbelt FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gabriel Gorun was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Corneliu Onișoru breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Corneliu Onișoru stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ionuț Bujor's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. Denis Bogătan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cătălin Cangeopol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Denis Bogătan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cătălin Cangeopol in the 23rd minute of play. After 28 minutes of play, Mezomojos CS's Teodor Vaida made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Seatbelt FC's Denis Bogătan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cătălin Cangeopol in the 39th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodor Vaida in the 42nd minute of play forced Seatbelt FC's goalkeeper Denis Bogătan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nicu Barbă's late challenge caught a Seatbelt FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nicu Barbă helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Mezomojos CS getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Nicu Barbă hit a great ball. Ionuț Bujors short, quick shot in the 45thth minute got Corneliu Onișoru to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 48 minutes into the match, Seatbelt FC's goal looked a bit too open when Teodor Vaida came free, but Denis Bogătan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Nicu Barbă who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 51stth minute tested the skills of Denis Bogătan when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 56th match minute, Mezomojos CS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teodor Vaida to maneuver through the defense. When Gabriel Gorun came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Seatbelt FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gabriel Gorun couldn't finish the play. If Gabriel Gorun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Corneliu Onișoru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriel Gorun in the 63rd minute of play. Gabriel Gorun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ionuț Bujor in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Corneliu Onișoru saved Mezomojos CS from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Mezomojos CS's zone, Ionuț Bujor stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Corneliu Onișoru came out of the goal and Ionuț Bujor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Gabriel Gorun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Felix Chitoran's late challenge caught a Seatbelt FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Felix Chitoran helped the player get up and apologised. In the 76th minute, Felix Chitoran hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gabriel Gorun took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Corneliu Onișoru. Corneliu Onișoru dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Corneliu Onișoru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Traian Caba, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. 83 minutes into the game, Ionuț Bujor cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Corneliu Onișoru was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gabriel Gorun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Corneliu Onișoru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Ionuț Bujor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Moise Berechet charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Moise Berechet the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Moise Berechet hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match.
