Spectators: 7522 (Terracing: 5642, Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Lucian Amurăriței started the match with the kick off. Gelu Mihaiu kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Bolintin United's Lucian Amurăriței got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpected shot in the 9th minute by Lucian Amurăriței got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Nichifor Horodincă fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Viorel Nedelea having to interfere. A collision led to Bolintin United getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Sever Bălășescu hit a great ball. Haidaru's Luca Şimonca got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nichifor Horodincă sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 27th match minute, Haidaru was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Viorel Marica to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Haidaru's Viorel Nedelea got control of the ball when Nichifor Horodincă tried to sneak it across the goal line. Florin Goșa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luca Şimonca's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. When Marcel Mateianu came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Haidaru fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcel Mateianu couldn't finish the play. Panait Urdeş received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Florin Goșa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice moves Nichifor Horodincă could shoot a difficult shot in the 48th minute, which Viorel Nedelea however easily saved by the left post. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marcel Mateianu made a kick off. In the 52nd minute Nichifor Horodincă shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Viorel Nedelea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Haidaru's Viorel Nedelea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucian Amurăriței in the 54th minute of play. Viorel Marica hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Viorel Nedelea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucian Amurăriței, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. After some careless play in the Bolintin United defense, Marcel Mateianu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Florin Goșa. The Bolintin United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Florin Goșa should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Haidaru's zone, Lucian Amurăriței stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Viorel Nedelea came out of the goal and Lucian Amurăriței tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Manuel Luncaniță kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Florin Goșa was a little too slow when Luca Şimonca got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 91st minute. The score was now 0-2. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Haidaru had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
