Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Daniel Iancu made the kick off and thus started the match. Dorin Iftode didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Petrică Gologan went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Adrian Pipirig made an important save on a dangerous shot by Petre Baltian in the 15th minute. Petre Baltian recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 21 minutes into the match, Petre Baltian notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Ghionoaia FC's Adrian Pipirig. Adrian Pipirig was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ghionoaia FC's Adrian Pipirig proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Ghionoaia FC from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nae Mustea in the 30th minute of play forced Ghionoaia FC's goalkeeper Adrian Pipirig to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nae Mustea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adrian Pipirig having to interfere. Dorin Iftode stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Daniel Iancu's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Daniel Iancu in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dorin Iftode prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Petre Baltian was extremely unlucky when he, in the 43rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. FANSTE's Dorin Iftode played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Petrică Gologan in the 46th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nae Mustea made a kick off. In the 60th minute Daniel Iancu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dorin Iftode saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 62nd match minute, Ghionoaia FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ovidiu Ivănescu to maneuver through the defense. In the 63rd minute of the match Dinu Luncanu sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Adrian Pipirig skillfully saved the ball. Daniel Iancu hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Petre Baltian scored 2-1 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Adrian Pipirig, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 71 minutes into the match, FANSTE's goalkeeper Dorin Iftode had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Petrică Gologan. Petre Şerbănoiu's late challenge caught a FANSTE's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Petre Şerbănoiu helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of FANSTE booed when Ghionoaia FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Petre Şerbănoiu didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 78th minute of the match Dinu Luncanu sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Adrian Pipirig skillfully saved the ball. Petrică Gologan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Daniel Iancu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Dorin Iftode tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dorin Iftode took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Iancu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Daniel Iancu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FANSTE were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Ghionoaia FC for a fine match.
