CF GLORIA BISTRITA 1922's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Radu Roşoga was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. The CF GLORIA BISTRITA 1922 players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Sohodolu CSS were winning 0-2.

53 minutes into the match, Sohodolu CSS's goal looked a bit too open when Călin Lucănescu came free, but Octav Manciulea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Claudiu Trifu might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Emil Brânza. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Claudiu Trifu ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, CF GLORIA BISTRITA 1922's Vali Boroneanț got a free kick in the 69th minute. In the 72nd minute Gheorghe Boerescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Octav Manciulea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 75 minutes, Gheorghe Boerescu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CF GLORIA BISTRITA 1922's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gheorghe Boerescu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Laurențiu Finteșteanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emil Brânza having to interfere. In the 82nd minute Claudiu Trifu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emil Brânza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 83rd match minute, CF GLORIA BISTRITA 1922 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucrețiu Pipirig to maneuver through the defense. 84 minutes into the match, CF GLORIA BISTRITA 1922's goal looked a bit too open when Claudiu Trifu came free, but Emil Brânza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 87th minute, Sohodolu CSS's Claudiu Trifu ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Emil Brânza. Emil Brânza yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. After 95 minutes, Laurențiu Finteșteanu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sohodolu CSS and the CF GLORIA BISTRITA 1922 players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 95 played minutes Sohodolu CSS got a freekick which was hit by Laurențiu Finteșteanu. When the final whistle sounded Sohodolu CSS left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than CF GLORIA BISTRITA 1922.
