Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) After a rather tough play, Ponoreni SC's Stelian Zbârciog got a free kick in the 3rd minute. 5 minutes into the match, Ponoreni SC's goalkeeper Nichifor Adomniței had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Costel Verzeanu. In the 6th match minute, Ponoreni SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mihai Isopescu to maneuver through the defense. Nichifor Adomniței showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Costel Verzeanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ionuț Nicoliță got free with Nichifor Adomniței in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 15th minute, Garliste's Costel Verzeanu ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Nichifor Adomniței. Nichifor Adomniței yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Ponoreni SC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 21st minute, when Costel Verzeanu scored to the left of an out of position Nichifor Adomniței, making the score, 2-0. Emanuel Şoimu hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Bogdan Angheluș fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nichifor Adomniței having to interfere. Aurelian Popean took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emanuel Şoimu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Ponoreni SC's Stelian Zbârciog got a free kick in the 41st minute. In the 48th minute, Mihai Isopescu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aurelian Popean was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Costel Verzeanu was the one to do the kick off. Nichifor Adomniței made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ionuț Nicoliță in the 54th minute of play. Nichifor Adomniței showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Costel Verzeanu in the 58th minute of the match. The supporters of Garliste booed when Ponoreni SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Viorel Stamatiu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nichifor Adomniței made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bogdan Angheluș in the 63rd minute of play. If Petru Buș had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Garliste's zone, Martin Corbea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aurelian Popean came out of the goal and Martin Corbea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nichifor Adomniței came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Garliste's Costel Verzeanu. But to his dismay, Costel Verzeanu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. After 76 played minutes Ponoreni SC got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Şoimu. In the 79th minute, Bogdan Angheluș hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 81st minute, Pompiliu Popârcea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Petru Buș received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Nichifor Adomniței tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Ponoreni SC getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Garliste fully deserved thier win.
