Spectators: 7534 (Terracing: 5652, Seating: 1732, VIP seats: 150) Marcel Encica made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Panait Trişcu in the 4th minute of play. When Nichifor Cârstoiu fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sararestii's protests and gave Nichifor Cârstoiu a yellow card for diving instead. Nichifor Cârstoiu kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. 11 minutes into the game, Niculae Ispirescu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Marcel Encica was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Sararestii getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Felix Ciolac hit a great ball. Sararestii's Marcel Encica played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Panait Trişcu in the 16th minute of play. With a little luck, Chinari CSS's Iordache Romanescu got control of the ball when Iulian Calomfirescu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marcel Encica didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Niculae Ispirescu went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. After having played for 48 minutes, Moise Neculuță managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sararestii's supporters crossed their fingers, but Moise Neculuță was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After the first half Chinari CSS were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Niculae Ispirescu made the kick off in the second half. If Niculae Ispirescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Moise Neculuță fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iordache Romanescu having to interfere. 62 minutes into the match, Sararestii's Moise Neculuță sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Iordache Romanescu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gheorghe Pelin struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Iordache Romanescu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sararestii. 66 minutes into the game, Tiberiu Hurgoi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chinari CSS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sararestii the free kick. After 66 played minutes Chinari CSS got a freekick which was hit by Tiberiu Hurgoi. Tiberiu Hurgoi got his second yellow card in the match during the 68th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Tiberiu Hurgoi kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Panait Trişcu got free with Marcel Encica in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpected shot in the 73rd minute by Panait Trişcu got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Marcel Encica came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Chinari CSS's Panait Trişcu. But to his dismay, Panait Trişcu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. In the 79th minute, Nichifor Cârstoiu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 80 minutes, Panait Trişcu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chinari CSS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Panait Trişcu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Iordache Romanescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iulian Calomfirescu in the 88th minute of the match. The corner led Chinari CSS's Eugen Ghimiș to fire away a dangerous shot which Marcel Encica despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Chinari CSS's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
