The tension between the FC Rapid Campia Turzii and the FC TKD players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, FC Rapid Campia Turzii's Basarab Mirciu got a free kick in the 7th minute. The audience was convinced that Victor Boc's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Matei Moisescu was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. When Victor Boc came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the FC Rapid Campia Turzii fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Victor Boc couldn't finish the play. 27 minutes into the match, FC TKD's goalkeeper Matei Moisescu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ionică Şerb. In the 29thth minute of the game Victor Boc who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC TKD's Matei Moisescu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ionică Şerb fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matei Moisescu having to interfere. In the 33rd minute Victor Boc shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matei Moisescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Matei Moisescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victor Boc, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Adam Craia to strike the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Ionică Şerb put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Matei Moisescu. When the match clock showed 67 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Victor Boc sped through FC TKD's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Matei Moisescu. If Ionică Şerb had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 80 minutes into the game, Adam Craia cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Josef Feyand was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Matei Moisescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victor Boc in the 86th minute of the match. Victor Boc's late challenge caught a FC TKD's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Victor Boc helped the player get up and apologised. Victor Boc hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ionică Şerb in the 89th minute of play forced FC TKD's goalkeeper Matei Moisescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paul Dăscălescu charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Paul Dăscălescu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 95 played minutes FC Rapid Campia Turzii got a freekick which was hit by Paul Dăscălescu. If Maxim Angheluș had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 97th minute, FC TKD's Adam Craia dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-2. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. FC Rapid Campia Turzii fully deserved thier win.
