SF Inter Milan's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Ionuț Spelbu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filip Vasiliu in the 24th minute of play. Petruț Spârlea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Ioan Petrică tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of SF Inter Milan booed when Codrin FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andrei Șişman didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 31st minute, Mihail Daimacă left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SF Inter Milan fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. 36 minutes into the match, SF Inter Milan's goal looked a bit too open when Petruț Spârlea came free, but Ioan Petrică reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 38thth minute of the game Petruț Spârlea who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SF Inter Milan's Ioan Petrică was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Filip Vasiliu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Petruț Spârleas short, quick shot in the 52ndth minute got Ioan Petrică to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Codrin FC's Maxim Martin got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Andrei Șişman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot 57 in the game by Petruț Spârlea from a close distance when the talented Ioan Petrică managed to make a qualified save. SF Inter Milan's players were relieved. The audience was convinced that Petruț Spârlea's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ioan Petrică was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. Petruț Spârlea might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ioan Petrică. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Petruț Spârlea ran back to his position shaking his head. When the match was over Codrin FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than SF Inter Milan throughout the match.
