Seating: 1724, VIP seats: 50) Paul Angheluță started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 5 minutes into the match, FCSB's goalkeeper Stelian Zburlea had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Costel Pencu. Alin Herescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Stelian Zburlea made a huge save. In the 9th minute, Marian Oprescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Călin Belu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, FCSB's Stelian Zburlea got control of the ball when Alin Herescu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Stelian Zburlea was out of position in the 18 minute of play, and Emil Boian capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Emil Boian really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Paul Angheluță fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luca Răducanu having to interfere. Stelian Zburlea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emil Boian in the 25th minute of the match. In the 27th minute, Costel Pencu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Stelian Zburlea was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. After a defensive mix-up in OLIMPIC BOCSA's zone, Paul Angheluță stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luca Răducanu came out of the goal and Paul Angheluță tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Alin Drăgoi fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FCSB's protests and gave Alin Drăgoi a yellow card for diving instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in FCSB fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 40th minute. Penalty! FCSB:s Stelian Zburlea showed great skill when he stopped Valeriu Ozon:s penalty. Stelian Zburlea didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Valeriu Ozon went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Călin Belu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Marian Oprescu came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the FCSB fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marian Oprescu couldn't finish the play. Marian Oprescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Paul Angheluță received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Luca Răducanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 58 minutes into the game, OLIMPIC BOCSA's Călin Belu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Stelian Zburlea made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. When Paul Angheluță came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the FCSB fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paul Angheluță couldn't finish the play. Ionică Lechințan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Alin Herescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 68 minutes into the match, FCSB's goal looked a bit too open when Emil Boian came free, but Stelian Zburlea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alin Herescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Stelian Zburlea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stelian Zburlea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alin Herescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. In the 73rd minute, Emil Boian ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Stelian Zburlea was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. Stelian Zburlea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alin Herescu in the 96th minute of the match. When the referee blew the final whistle, OLIMPIC BOCSA could leave the field as winners, despite FCSB having more of the ball for most of the match.
