Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Doru Rada made the kick off which started today's match. Doru Rada recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rareș Chitoran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Doru Rada, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Șerban Cigu managed to get in a good position for a shot. -MZE-MOROMETE's supporters rose to their feet, but Șerban Cigu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ferdinand Tincu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Marin Poalelungi fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vacarea AC's protests and gave Marin Poalelungi a yellow card for diving instead. Marin Poalelungi hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. 12 minutes into the match, Vacarea AC's goal looked a bit too open when Șerban Puric came free, but Ferdinand Tincu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Șerban Cigu took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ferdinand Tincu. Ferdinand Tincu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. The audience was convinced that Șerban Cigu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ferdinand Tincu was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. Eusebiu Şuplăcan hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in -MZE-MOROMETE's zone, Doru Rada stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rareș Chitoran came out of the goal and Doru Rada tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Doru Rada received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Rareș Chitoran tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 41 minutes into the game, Răzvan Brumă cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Rareș Chitoran was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. -MZE-MOROMETE's Rareș Chitoran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Doru Rada in the 46th minute of play. Doru Rada received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Rareș Chitoran tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Șerban Puric stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Răzvan Brumă received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Rareș Chitoran tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the -MZE-MOROMETE defense, Horaţiu Arieșan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rareș Chitoran. The -MZE-MOROMETE fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rareș Chitoran should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Vacarea AC getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Marin Poalelungi hit a great ball. Rareș Chitoran showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Doru Rada, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. When Vacarea AC's Răzvan Brumă in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye -MZE-MOROMETE's goalie prevented a goal. Ferdinand Tincu made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Șerban Cigu sent off a good shot on target. Rareș Chitoran was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eusebiu Şuplăcan during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
