Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) After having played for 3 minutes, Irinel Turcu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Székelyföld Futball Klub's supporters crossed their fingers, but Irinel Turcu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Irinel Mitu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabian Chiriac in the 6th minute of the match. 7 minutes into the match, Székelyföld Futball Klub's goal looked a bit too open when Toader Hâncu came free, but Irinel Mitu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luminis's Vintilă Drogoreanu got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Vintilă Drogoreanu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Luminis's supporters rose to their feet, but Vintilă Drogoreanu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Irinel Mitu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Irinel Mitu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Toader Hâncu's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. 13 minutes into the game, Toader Hâncu lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Irinel Mitu. In the 19th minute Virgil Leucuța shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabian Cârstoiu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 21 minutes, Toader Hâncu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Toader Hâncu had several of the Székelyföld Futball Klub's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 24 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Irinel Mitu as he didn't even see the shot coming. Vintilă Drogoreanu in the 27thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Irinel Mitu, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Irinel Mitu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Toader Hâncu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vintilă Drogoreanu came free with the goalkeeper in the 33rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Irinel Mitu could save by the left post. In the last second Irinel Mitu throw himself and got hold of the ball when Toader Hâncu in the 38thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. The supporters of Székelyföld Futball Klub booed when Luminis was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ilie Dorlea didn't get a good kick on the ball. 44 minutes into the match, Luminis's goal looked a bit too open when Petru Nedelcea came free, but Fabian Cârstoiu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 45th minute, Fabian Chiriac hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Irinel Turcu to make the kick off. Irinel Mitu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Toader Hâncu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aron Ştiopul hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. In the 59th minute Vintilă Drogoreanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Irinel Mitu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Irinel Mitu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vintilă Drogoreanu in the 61st minute of play. Toader Hâncu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Irinel Mitu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Toader Hâncu went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Vintilă Drogoreanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Irinel Mitu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 76 played minutes Luminis got a freekick which was hit by Liviu Şiman. When Liviu Ghiciușca fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Luminis's protests and gave Liviu Ghiciușca a yellow card for diving instead. After 78 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Luminis! In the 80th minute there was a penalty for Székelyföld Futball Klub. Petru Nedelcea stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Fabian Cârstoiu. 3-1. Vintilă Drogoreanu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 91st minute Toader Hâncu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Irinel Mitu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Székelyföld Futball Klub's zone, Vintilă Drogoreanu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Irinel Mitu came out of the goal and Vintilă Drogoreanu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 94th minute, Toader Hâncu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Irinel Mitu was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. In the 99th minute, Irinel Turcu fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Fabian Cârstoiu, passed just outside the right post. There was no doubt that Luminis were the better team. Luminis's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
