A collision led to Tociloasa UFC getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Mihail Tastaman hit a great ball. Gheorghe Nanu took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eusebiu Rogozea. Eusebiu Rogozea dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 30th minute Iosif Răduleț shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Toader Diculescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gheorghe Nanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Eusebiu Rogozea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eusebiu Rogozea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gheorghe Nanu in the 34th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Gheorghe Nanu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tociloasa UFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gheorghe Nanu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eusebiu Rogozea breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match clock showed 41 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Romeo Olteanu sped through Moş Gerilă's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Eusebiu Rogozea. Gheorghe Nanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Eusebiu Rogozea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half Tociloasa UFC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Romeo Olteanu to strike the kick off in the second half. Romeo Olteanu received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Eusebiu Rogozea came out and tried to block the shot, but Romeo Olteanu slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 56th minute. In the 59th match minute, Tociloasa UFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mihail Tastaman to maneuver through the defense. Romeo Olteanu might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eusebiu Rogozea. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Romeo Olteanu ran back to his position shaking his head. 64 minutes into the game, Răzvan Jecu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Moş Gerilă's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tociloasa UFC the free kick. In the 64th minute, Răzvan Jecu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Tociloasa UFC booed when Moş Gerilă was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ionel Sandu didn't get a good kick on the ball. The long shot by Ion Buciuman in the 66th minute really tested Eusebiu Rogozea's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Moş Gerilă's Eusebiu Rogozea proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Moş Gerilă from getting a goal against them. Romeo Olteanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Moş Gerilă's Eusebiu Rogozea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romeo Olteanu in the 87th minute of play. When Romeo Olteanu came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Tociloasa UFC fans jumped to their feet.
