Dodocani UFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Napoleon Gerlach was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 46 minutes into the match, Chisinau CC's goalkeeper Ivan Dăianu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Napoleon Gerlach. Emanuel Jușcă kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. In the 50th minute, Dodocani UFC's Florian Tyskie dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Emanuel Jușcă stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute of the match Grigore Dicu shot from a long distance. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Napoleon Gerlach managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dodocani UFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Napoleon Gerlach was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ivan Dăianu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ivan Dăianu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 100 played minutes Chisinau CC got a freekick which was hit by Albert Stelaru. After having played for 100 minutes, Napoleon Gerlach managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dodocani UFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Napoleon Gerlach was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Dodocani UFC had played much better football throughout.
