With a little luck, Rausor's Horea Bălțăteanu got control of the ball when Cosmin Ciocâlteu tried to sneak it across the goal line. 5 minutes into the game, Pompiliu Surdu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Horea Bălțăteanu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Rausor getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Aurel Istrate hit a great ball. Tiberiu Iordache recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rausor's Horea Bălțăteanu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Rausor from getting a goal against them. In the 16th minute, Basarab Popean hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 17 minutes into the match, Cioc SC's goal looked a bit too open when Tiberiu Iordache came free, but Eugen Coroian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 17 minutes into the game, Aurel Istrate was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rausor's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cioc SC the free kick. In the 19th match minute, Rausor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aurel Istrate to maneuver through the defense. Horea Bălțăteanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laurențiu Barbăneagră in the 21st minute of the match. A collision led to Rausor getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. George Magheru hit a great ball. 23 minutes into the match, Cioc SC's Laurențiu Barbăneagră sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Horea Bălțăteanu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 28 minutes into the match, Rausor's goalkeeper Horea Bălțăteanu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Irinel Cristache. In the 29thth minute of the game Irinel Cristache who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rausor's Horea Bălțăteanu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 32 minutes into the match, Rausor's goalkeeper Horea Bălțăteanu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Laurențiu Barbăneagră. With his leg Horea Bălțăteanu managed to avoid a goal in the 32ndth minute, when Cioc SC's Laurențiu Barbăneagră fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Horea Bălțăteanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cosmin Ciocâlteu, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. In the 35th minute Irinel Cristache shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Horea Bălțăteanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Rausor defense, Cosmin Ciocâlteu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Horea Bălțăteanu. The Rausor fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Horea Bălțăteanu should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Laurențiu Barbăneagră managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cioc SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Laurențiu Barbăneagră was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Horea Bălțăteanu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Cioc SC's Alin Berceanu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Horea Bălțăteanu. That made the score 4-0 after 45 minutes of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Irinel Cristache to make the kick off. The supporters of Rausor booed when Cioc SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Irinel Cristache didn't get a good kick on the ball. Horea Bălțăteanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Laurențiu Barbăneagră, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. The audience was convinced that Laurențiu Barbăneagră's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Horea Bălțăteanu was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. Horea Bălțăteanu didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Cioc SC's Irinel Cristache shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 7-0 in the ordered_time% minute. After some careless play in the Rausor defense, Cosmin Ciocâlteu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Horea Bălțăteanu. The Rausor fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Horea Bălțăteanu should have stopped the shot. In the 72nd minute, Irinel Cristache ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Horea Bălțăteanu was frozen by the shot and now it was 10-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Irinel Cristache in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Horea Bălțăteanu saved Rausor from getting behind. Horea Bălțăteanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cosmin Ciocâlteu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 80 minutes of play, Cioc SC's Irinel Cristache made it 11-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Horea Bălțăteanu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Eugen Coroian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tiberiu Iordache in the 83rd minute of the match. During the 86th minute of the match Aurel Istrate completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Aurel Istrate a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Rausor's Aurel Istrate got a free kick in the 86th minute. In the 88th minute, Irinel Cristache ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Horea Bălțăteanu was frozen by the shot and now it was 12-0. Tiberiu Iordache hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Laurențiu Barbăneagră in the 94th minute of play forced Rausor's goalkeeper Horea Bălțăteanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 95th minute, Basarab Popean left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cioc SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 13-0.
