Spectators: 7696 (Terracing: 5773, Seating: 1770, VIP seats: 153) 10 minutes into the match, Virgil Mustățea notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of FC Medicina Bucuresti's Liviu Protase. Liviu Protase was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 13th minute, Olimpiu Nae hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 20 played minutes, Alsovroszi's Mihăiţă Văcărescu shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Liviu Protase came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Alsovroszi reached it. 25 minutes into the game, Horea Cristoloveanu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Alsovroszi's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Medicina Bucuresti the free kick. The supporters of FC Medicina Bucuresti booed when Alsovroszi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Horea Cristoloveanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Liviu Protase made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luca Morovan in the 31st minute of play. A collision led to Alsovroszi getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Luca Morovan hit a great ball. Aurelian Maftei recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 39th minute, Horea Cristoloveanu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Liviu Protase made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eduard Costescu in the 46th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Aurelian Maftei made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to FC Medicina Bucuresti getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Filip Isopescu hit a great ball. If Eduard Costescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Liviu Protase took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luca Morovan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 63rd minute, Alsovroszi's Horea Cristoloveanu dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. Matei Itoafă's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Liviu Protase read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. Liviu Protase made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Virgil Mustățea in the 71st minute of play. FC Medicina Bucuresti's Liviu Protase proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save FC Medicina Bucuresti from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luca Morovan in the 75th minute of play forced FC Medicina Bucuresti's goalkeeper Liviu Protase to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 78th minute, Irinel Balotă hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alsovroszi's Octavian Șeicaru shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 78th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Liviu Protase but with some difficulty. With a little luck, FC Medicina Bucuresti's Liviu Protase got control of the ball when Eduard Costescu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Eduard Costescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Liviu Protase tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nae Crăciunaș kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Eduard Costescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Liviu Protase made a huge save. A hard shot by Mihăiţă Văcărescu from long distance, 96 minutes into the match, got Liviu Protase's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. The FC Medicina Bucuresti fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Alsovroszi were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
