Spectators: 7665 (Terracing: 5751, Seating: 1764, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Nicolae Şania kicked off to start the match. Fábio Veiga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucian Tonegaru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 5 minutes into the match, AS Energia Stolnici's Lucian Tonegaru sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fábio Veiga narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Lucian Tonegaru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Fábio Veiga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Lucian Tonegaru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mihnea Bala during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 33rd minute, Mihnea Bala hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Marius Druga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 36 minutes, Nicolae Şania managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Uliesul's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nicolae Şania was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marius Druga's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fábio Veiga read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. 43 minutes into the match, AS Energia Stolnici's goalkeeper Paul Dorlea had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eliodor Balaban. Mihnea Bala got his second yellow card in the match during the 44th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 45th match minute, Uliesul was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mihnea Bala to maneuver through the defense.

In the 56th minute Nicolae Şania shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paul Dorlea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 59th minute Lucian Tonegaru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fábio Veiga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lucian Tonegaru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Fábio Veiga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as AS Energia Stolnici's Eric Urdeş slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Fábio Veiga. That made the score 0-2 after 68 minutes of play. Fábio Veiga made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Marius Druga sent off a good shot on target. Nicolae Şania fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paul Dorlea having to interfere. Lucian Tonegaru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Fábio Veiga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marius Druga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicolae Şania in the 83rd minute of play forced AS Energia Stolnici's goalkeeper Paul Dorlea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Eliodor Balaban came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Uliesul fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eliodor Balaban couldn't finish the play. AS Energia Stolnici's Marius Druga got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Uliesul's Fábio Veiga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucian Tonegaru in the 92nd minute of play. In the 94th minute Lucian Tonegaru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fábio Veiga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fábio Veiga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucian Tonegaru, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute.
