In the 4th match minute, Licuriciu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claudiu Purcărete to maneuver through the defense. In the 9th minute, Mugur Martin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Virgil Teodoroiu's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 15thth minute, Horaţiu Oravițan skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Claudiu Purcărete hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Horaţiu Oravițan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albin Frisk in the 20th minute of the match. Horaţiu Oravițan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mugur Martin in the 22nd minute of play. Horaţiu Oravițan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albin Frisk, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. 29 minutes into the match, Licuriciu's goal looked a bit too open when Mugur Martin came free, but Horaţiu Oravițan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mugur Martin helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to FC Super Fortuna getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Mugur Martin hit a great ball. In the 35th minute of the match Valentin Ghiondea shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Narcis Pantelimon showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.

In the 52nd minute, Mugur Martin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Horaţiu Oravițan was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Albin Frisk scored 2-1 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Horaţiu Oravițan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Irinel Staicu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Narcis Pantelimon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Virgil Teodoroiu scored 3-1 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Horaţiu Oravițan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Valentin Ghiondea, 70 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 73 minutes into the game, Valentin Ghiondea threw the ball into play from the sideline. FC Super Fortuna's Tiberiu Dedu quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 74th minute, Virgil Teodoroiu made a precise shot to the right of Horaţiu Oravițan. Licuriciu's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. When Licuriciu's Irinel Staicu in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After 80 played minutes FC Super Fortuna got a freekick which was hit by Virgil Teodoroiu. After 82 played minutes, Licuriciu's Emilian Agachi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Narcis Pantelimon came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Licuriciu reached it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Irinel Staicu in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Narcis Pantelimon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 85 minutes into the match, Licuriciu's goal looked a bit too open when Virgil Teodoroiu came free, but Horaţiu Oravițan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eugen Grozuță could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Narcis Pantelimon made a huge save.
