Spectators: 6525 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 25) Mihai Râznicu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Liviu Gâgea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Teodor Hizo fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Samsud's protests and gave Teodor Hizo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 6th match minute, Samsud was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teodor Hizo to maneuver through the defense. Mihai Râznicu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Petru Creteanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sabin Măcriș in the 11th minute of the match. After 12 minutes, Iustin Nichitelea mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Demsus and the Samsud players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 12 played minutes Demsus got a freekick which was hit by Iustin Nichitelea. Iordache Buciuman scored 0-1 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Liviu Gâgea, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 20 minutes into the match, Demsus's goal looked a bit too open when Sabin Măcriș came free, but Petru Creteanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Mihai Râznicu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Albert Dășanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee felt a red card was in order, 27 minutes into the game, when Liviu Benga put in a rough tackle. A collision led to Samsud getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Liviu Benga hit a great ball. In the last second Petru Creteanu throw himself and got hold of the ball when Sabin Măcriș in the 30thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. After having played for 31 minutes, Marian Vuia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Samsud's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marian Vuia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 33 minutes into the match, Samsud's goal looked a bit too open when Iordache Buciuman came free, but Liviu Gâgea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Liviu Gâgea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iordache Buciuman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Demsus's Albert Dășanu got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Petru Dersidan took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Liviu Gâgea. Liviu Gâgea dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 45th minute, Mihăiţă Olaru hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half Demsus were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sabin Măcriș was the one to do the kick off. After 51 minutes of play, Demsus's Albert Dășanu made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Liviu Gâgea was left in no man's land by his defense there! Liviu Gâgea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iordache Buciuman in the 55th minute of the match. 57 minutes into the match, Demsus's goal looked a bit too open when Mihăiţă Olaru came free, but Petru Creteanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Liviu Gâgea was out of position in the 60 minute of play, and Mihai Râznicu capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Mihai Râznicu really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. Mihai Râznicu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 76th minute, Iordache Buciuman reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Liviu Gâgea. The goal made the score 0-5. In the 79th minute, Petru Dersidan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 80th minute Sabin Măcriș shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petru Creteanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marin Gușatu kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. In the 88th minute, Sabin Măcriș got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 91 minutes into the game, Dacian Toma was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Samsud's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Demsus the free kick. In the 91st match minute, Samsud was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dacian Toma to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Samsud booed when Demsus was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aron Nediu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Demsus's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
