Spectators: 7364 (Terracing: 5764, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 100) Constantin Lupașcu started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Constantin Lupașcu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bikszad's supporters rose to their feet, but Constantin Lupașcu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fábio Veiga breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 16th minute, Bikszad's Constantin Lupașcu dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Bikszad's Constantin Lupașcu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Fábio Veiga. That made the score 2-0 after 19 minutes of play. Costel Honcioiu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fábio Veiga having to interfere. 29 minutes into the match, Bikszad's Costel Honcioiu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fábio Veiga narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Fábio Veiga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Constantin Lupașcu in the 30th minute of play. Costică Anghel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eliodor Balaban went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. If Eliodor Balaban had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eliodor Balaban struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Costică Anghel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Uliesul. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Bikszad's goalkeeper Costică Anghel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Uliesul's supporters rose to their feet, but Eliodor Balaban was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thanks to some nice moves Costel Honcioiu could shoot a difficult shot in the 46th minute, which Fábio Veiga however easily saved by the left post. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nicolae Şania to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliodor Balaban in the 54th minute of play forced Bikszad's goalkeeper Costică Anghel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Constantin Lupașcu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Eliodor Balaban had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Costel Honcioiu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fábio Veiga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Constantin Lupașcu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Uliesul's Fábio Veiga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Costel Honcioiu in the 73rd minute of play. Costel Honcioiu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Fábio Veiga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fábio Veiga came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Bikszad's Constantin Lupașcu. But to his dismay, Constantin Lupașcu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. 85 minutes into the match, Uliesul's Eliodor Balaban sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Costică Anghel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 86 played minutes Bikszad got a freekick which was hit by Cristinel Moșneanu. Eliodor Balaban sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 89th minute, Valentin Balțoi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bikszad's Octavian Dragota couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 90th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Uliesul. The supporters of Bikszad booed when Uliesul was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eliodor Balaban didn't get a good kick on the ball. 93 minutes into the match, Constantin Lupașcu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fábio Veiga. Uliesul's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Constantin Lupașcu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. Nicolae Şania struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Costică Anghel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Uliesul.
