Spectators: 6000 (Terracing: 4690, Seating: 1300, VIP seats: 10) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Sabin Măcriș got the match started through his kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Samsud's goal looked a bit too open when Petru Dersidan came free, but Liviu Gâgea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Demsus's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mihai Râznicu in the 4th minute. Mihai Râznicu made a great header on Demsus's corner, it was just that Samsud's Liviu Gâgea managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 9th minute, Sabin Măcriș left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Samsud fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Petru Creteanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sabin Măcriș, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mihai Râznicu in the 19th minute of play forced Samsud's goalkeeper Liviu Gâgea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Samsud's Liviu Gâgea proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Samsud from getting a goal against them. In the 25th minute, Petre Stoicănescu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Petru Creteanu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Petre Stoicănescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 30th minute Marian Vuia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petru Creteanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Petru Creteanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sabin Măcriș, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Samsud's Liviu Gâgea got control of the ball when Petru Dersidan tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 39th minute, Sabin Măcriș left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Samsud fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Petre Stoicănescu in the 42nd minute of play forced Demsus's goalkeeper Petru Creteanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Samsud's Liviu Gâgea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Petru Dersidan in the 43rd minute of play. Petru Creteanu came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Samsud's Sabin Măcriș. But to his dismay, Sabin Măcriș quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

The wind increased when Mihai Râznicu made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Marian Vuia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petru Creteanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Liviu Gâgea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mihai Râznicu, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Petre Stoicănescu could shoot a difficult shot in the 62nd minute, which Petru Creteanu however easily saved by the left post. In the 70th minute Petru Dersidan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Liviu Gâgea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Samsud's Liviu Gâgea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Petru Dersidan in the 72nd minute of play. A collision led to Samsud getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Dacian Toma hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Samsud defense, Iordache Buciuman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Liviu Gâgea. The Samsud fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Liviu Gâgea should have stopped the shot. In the 89th minute Mihăiţă Olaru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petru Creteanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 95th match minute, Demsus was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marin Gușatu to maneuver through the defense.
