After a defensive mix-up in Catalu's zone, Dorin Bistreanu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Liviu Boboc came out of the goal and Dorin Bistreanu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Emanuel Tatomir's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Liviu Boboc read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. Rareș Doroftei's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 93rdth minute, Liviu Boboc skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Emanuel Tatomir might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Liviu Boboc. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out.
