Alin Mărăscu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felix Zdrăilă in the 3rd minute of play. After 4 minutes, Răzvan Gherasescu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Phoenix Seini -MM- and the FC Ferrari players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Phoenix Seini -MM-'s Răzvan Gherasescu got a free kick in the 4th minute. Ilie Mustățea who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 14thth minute tested the skills of Alin Mărăscu when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 16th minute, Phoenix Seini -MM-'s Felix Zdrăilă ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Alin Mărăscu. Alin Mărăscu yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 19th minute, Ilie Mustățea reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alin Mărăscu. The goal made the score 2-0. The supporters of Phoenix Seini -MM- booed when FC Ferrari was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sandu Sitaru didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 25th match minute, Phoenix Seini -MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ilie Mustățea to maneuver through the defense. Sandu Sitaru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A sloppy throw-in by Vintilă Răuţă in the 38th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by FC Ferrari's Constantin Manta. FC Ferrari's Alin Mărăscu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save FC Ferrari from getting a goal against them. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ilie Mustățea was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Phoenix Seini -MM- getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Felix Zdrăilă hit a great ball. Alin Mărăscu came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Phoenix Seini -MM-'s Felix Zdrăilă. But to his dismay, Felix Zdrăilă quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Sandu Sitaru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Tudor Stănciulaş had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 68 minutes into the match, FC Ferrari's goal looked a bit too open when Ilie Mustățea came free, but Alin Mărăscu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ilie Mustățea in the 69th minute of play forced FC Ferrari's goalkeeper Alin Mărăscu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 80th minute Ilie Mustățea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alin Mărăscu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alin Mărăscu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ilie Mustățea, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. After a rather tough play, Phoenix Seini -MM-'s Ilie Mustățea got a free kick in the 86th minute. Felix Zdrăilă received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Alin Mărăscu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 93rd minute Ilie Mustățea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alin Mărăscu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Phoenix Seini -MM- players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
