Mircea Hreapcă sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sever Văleanu took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alex Sălcudeanu. Alex Sălcudeanu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

FC Rovers 72's Rareș Harnagea proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save FC Rovers 72 from getting a goal against them. If Corneliu Crăcană had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 64 minutes into the match, FC Rovers 72's goalkeeper Rareș Harnagea had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Constantin Doicaru. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 66th minute of the game. One of FC Rovers 72:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of RADA:s goal. In the 70th minute of the match, Avram Botea got a very nice opportunity to score, but Rareș Harnagea was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Rareș Harnagea made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Sorin Brumaru sent off a good shot on target. Rareș Harnagea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Corneliu Crăcană in the 73rd minute of the match. With a little luck, FC Rovers 72's Rareș Harnagea got control of the ball when Constantin Doicaru tried to sneak it across the goal line. 79 minutes into the game, Mădălin Văleanu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Corneliu Crăcană fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 100th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rareș Harnagea having to interfere.
