Spectators: 6767 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1767, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ovidiu Lazăr kicked off to start the match. Petru Drâmba received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Codruț Balaban tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vali Acatincăi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Traian Doicaru having to interfere. After some careless play in the Sinandrei CS defense, Vali Acatincăi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Traian Doicaru. The Sinandrei CS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Traian Doicaru should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Oboroceni getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Mihail Grigoroiu hit a great ball. Mugurel Brânzaș hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. If Vali Acatincăi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Octavian Amarandei managed to get in a good position for a shot. Oboroceni's supporters rose to their feet, but Octavian Amarandei was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Traian Doicaru breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Valentin Ponor hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Octavian Amarandei sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vali Acatincăi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Traian Doicaru having to interfere. In the 33rd minute, Octavian Amarandei ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Traian Doicaru was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Octavian Amarandei received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Traian Doicaru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vali Acatincăi was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ovidiu Lazăr in the 52nd minute of play forced Oboroceni's goalkeeper Codruț Balaban to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Octavian Amarandei had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 57 minutes into the game, Oboroceni's Vali Acatincăi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Traian Doicaru made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Thanks to some nice moves Octavian Amarandei could shoot a difficult shot in the 61st minute, which Traian Doicaru however easily saved by the left post. In the 62ndth minute of the game Vali Acatincăi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sinandrei CS's Traian Doicaru was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, Sinandrei CS's Traian Doicaru got control of the ball when Octavian Amarandei tried to sneak it across the goal line. 70 minutes into the match, Sinandrei CS's Petru Drâmba sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Codruț Balaban narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee felt a red card was in order, 72 minutes into the game, when Valer Mărăscu put in a rough tackle. In the 71st minute, one of Oboroceni:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Oboroceni. In the 74th minute there was a penalty for Sinandrei CS. Cristian Bălășescu stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Codruț Balaban. 1-3. Codruț Balaban made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Petru Drâmba in the 77th minute of play. 79 minutes into the match, Mihail Grigoroiu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Traian Doicaru. Sinandrei CS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mihail Grigoroiu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. If Mihail Grigoroiu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 90 minutes, Octavian Amarandei managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Oboroceni's supporters crossed their fingers, but Octavian Amarandei was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Sinandrei CS's goalkeeper Traian Doicaru, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Valentin Ponor blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Codruț Balaban having to make a save. When the match was over Oboroceni could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Sinandrei CS throughout the match.
