Spectators: 7470 (Terracing: 5820, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 150) Sergiu Balc started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Gigel Zgaroi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mircea Bocaneț, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ernest Târlea kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Costel Atanasiu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vlad Gogu having to interfere. After having played for 15 minutes, Stelian Hurezeanu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Manau's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stelian Hurezeanu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nichifor Bugariu charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nichifor Bugariu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Nichifor Bugariu kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ticul's goalkeeper Gigel Zgaroi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 26 minutes, Nicodim Pescaru mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ticul and the Manau players grew even worse after the yellow card. Nicodim Pescaru hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Mircea Bocaneț might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gigel Zgaroi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mircea Bocaneț ran back to his position shaking his head. Stelian Hurezeanu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 34th minute, Sergiu Balc got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Manau's goalkeeper Vlad Gogu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 40 played minutes, Ticul's Petrică Cîrțu shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Vlad Gogu came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ticul reached it. When Stelian Hurezeanu came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Manau fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stelian Hurezeanu couldn't finish the play. Vlad Gogu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sergiu Balc, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute.

Dorin Focșa hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Ticul's Nicodim Pescaru got his second yellow card of the match in the 53rd minute. The referee ordered Nicodim Pescaru off the ground. Nicodim Pescaru kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Nichifor Bugariu was shown his second yellow card after 55 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 56 played minutes Ticul got a freekick which was hit by Nichifor Bugariu. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sergiu Balc in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vlad Gogu saved Manau from getting behind. Mugur Ţirpe charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mugur Ţirpe the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 63 played minutes Ticul got a freekick which was hit by Mugur Ţirpe. Mircea Bocaneț struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Gigel Zgaroi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Manau. In the 70th minute Sergiu Balc shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vlad Gogu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Florin Capșuneanu hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. A collision led to Manau getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Stelian Hurezeanu hit a great ball. Gigel Zgaroi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adam Drăgan in the 80th minute of play. In the 82nd minute, Manau's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Sergiu Balc fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 85th match minute, Manau was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ionel Manolache to maneuver through the defense. Dorin Focșa took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 86th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Vlad Gogu. Manau's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 89 minutes into the game, Manau's Adam Drăgan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gigel Zgaroi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Sergiu Balc managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ticul's supporters rose to their feet, but Sergiu Balc was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vlad Gogu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Manau supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Ticul's performance. The match ended with a win for Ticul.
