Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Octav Popeneciu made a kick off. After 58 played minutes Deyanhur Timisoara got a freekick which was hit by Ion Șerbulescu. 65 minutes into the match, Deyanhur Timisoara's goal looked a bit too open when Mircea Bocaneț came free, but Marcel Vergulescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Manau booed when Deyanhur Timisoara was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Doru Druță didn't get a good kick on the ball.
