Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Manole Dumitrache started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 2 played minutes Davidoaia got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Mereuță. In the 4th minute, Sergiu Şteţ got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Davidoaia's Glyn Sugden played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pavel Purcaru in the 6th minute of play. Petruț Petriceanu scored 0-1 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Horea Socoriceanu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 10 minutes into the match, Braseu's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Mereuță came free, but Horea Socoriceanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Liviu Călinescu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Davidoaia's supporters rose to their feet, but Liviu Călinescu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Horea Socoriceanu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Braseu getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Octavian Amânaloae hit a great ball. Necati Akkaya took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 22nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Horea Socoriceanu. Braseu's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Sergiu Şteţ had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Sergiu Şteţ scored 0-2 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Horea Socoriceanu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Vasile Calini hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Pavel Purcaru fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Glyn Sugden having to interfere. 42 minutes into the game, Davidoaia's Liviu Călinescu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Horea Socoriceanu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-7. Liviu Călinescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Horea Socoriceanu having to interfere. Sergiu Şteţ could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Horea Socoriceanu made a huge save. A collision led to Braseu getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Pavel Purcaru hit a great ball. Richard Frugier took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 94th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Horea Socoriceanu. Braseu's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Davidoaia's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
