Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Manole Dumitrache made the kick off which started today's match. After a defensive mix-up in Braseu's zone, Manole Negru stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Horea Socoriceanu came out of the goal and Manole Negru tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Braseu's Aristide Poplăcan got a free kick in the 3rd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Cezar Tonegaru managed to get in a good position for a shot. UFC CHRASOAL's supporters rose to their feet, but Cezar Tonegaru was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Horea Socoriceanu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tudor Cutieru charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tudor Cutieru the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 6th minute, Tudor Cutieru hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 8th play minutes Niculae Tofan shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Horea Socoriceanu and just under the crossbar into goal. Thanks to some nice moves Alexandru Oniga could shoot a difficult shot in the 12th minute, which Horea Socoriceanu however easily saved by the left post. Răzvan Paraschivescu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Manole Dumitrache went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Răzvan Paraschivescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pavel Purcaru in the 20th minute of play. After 20 minutes, Niculae Tofan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the UFC CHRASOAL and the Braseu players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to UFC CHRASOAL getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Niculae Tofan hit a great ball. After 23 played minutes Braseu got a freekick which was hit by Tudor Cutieru. 27 minutes into the match, UFC CHRASOAL's goal looked a bit too open when Manole Dumitrache came free, but Răzvan Paraschivescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. UFC CHRASOAL's Răzvan Paraschivescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiberiu Lepuș in the 31st minute of play. Vasile Calini hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. A collision led to UFC CHRASOAL getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Maxim Firea hit a great ball. Răzvan Paraschivescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tiberiu Lepuș, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. UFC CHRASOAL's Răzvan Paraschivescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manole Dumitrache in the 40th minute of play. Braseu's Horea Socoriceanu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Braseu from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manole Dumitrache in the 44th minute of play forced UFC CHRASOAL's goalkeeper Răzvan Paraschivescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Răzvan Paraschivescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tiberiu Lepuș, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 46th minute Pavel Purcaru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Răzvan Paraschivescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Niculae Tofan made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Alexandru Oniga managed to get in a good position for a shot. UFC CHRASOAL's supporters rose to their feet, but Alexandru Oniga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alexandru Oniga hit a great ball. After 66 minutes of play Braseu's Tudor Cutieru was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Tudor Cutieru kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Sorin Moisil got a throw-in 70 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Alexandru Oniga. Toader Angheluță received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Horea Socoriceanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Horea Socoriceanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niculae Tofan in the 73rd minute of play. Pavel Purcaru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tiberiu Lepuș in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Răzvan Paraschivescu saved UFC CHRASOAL from getting behind. After a rather tough play, UFC CHRASOAL's Toader Angheluță got a free kick in the 87th minute. Braseu's Pavel Purcaru got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Manole Negru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Horea Socoriceanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pavel Purcaru recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. UFC CHRASOAL were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Braseu for a fine match.
