Spectators: 7825 (Terracing: 5874, Seating: 1801, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Sergiu Şteţ kicked off to start the match. Simion Tincu kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Morten Felix received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Glyn Sugden tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Morten Felix in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Glyn Sugden prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 22nd minute, Assis Doro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 2-0 became the score in the 26th minute when Liviu Călinescu elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Liviu Călinescu in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rafael Txatxu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Per-Åke Lindberg charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Per-Åke Lindberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Rafael Txatxu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Liviu Călinescu in the 30th minute of the match. After some careless play in the RETRO FC defense, Sergiu Şteţ kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rafael Txatxu. The RETRO FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rafael Txatxu should have stopped the shot. In the 37th minute, Simion Tincu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Necati Akkaya could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Rafael Txatxu made a huge save. Sergiu Şteţ fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafael Txatxu having to interfere. RETRO FC's Rafael Txatxu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sergiu Şteţ in the 41st minute of play. Per-Åke Lindberg hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match.

In the 56th minute Cristian Mereuță shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafael Txatxu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sergiu Şteţ took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rafael Txatxu. Rafael Txatxu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. In the 62nd minute, Sergiu Şteţ got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 64 played minutes RETRO FC got a freekick which was hit by Assis Doro. 64 minutes into the match, Davidoaia's Necati Akkaya sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rafael Txatxu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 69 minutes into the match, RETRO FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ferdinand Dijmărescu came free, but Rafael Txatxu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 72nd minute, Liviu Călinescu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Davidoaia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. 78 minutes into the game, Sergiu Şteţ cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Rafael Txatxu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 80thth minute of the game Sergiu Şteţ who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but RETRO FC's Rafael Txatxu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Glyn Sugden showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Morten Felix in the 87th minute of the match. 88 minutes into the match, RETRO FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sergiu Şteţ came free, but Rafael Txatxu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rafael Txatxu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sergiu Şteţ in the 89th minute of play. Rafael Txatxu came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Davidoaia's Liviu Călinescu. But to his dismay, Liviu Călinescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0.
