Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Octav Mârzac made the kick off which started today's match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Octav Mârzac in the 4th minute of play forced Chirlesti CSM's goalkeeper Fabian Manole to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paul Răzvan's late challenge caught a Caramidaru's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Paul Răzvan helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Chirlesti CSM getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Paul Răzvan hit a great ball. Iurie Ciocâltea struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Lucian Bobei didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chirlesti CSM. After having played for 11 minutes, Iurie Ciocâltea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chirlesti CSM's supporters crossed their fingers, but Iurie Ciocâltea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Octav Mârzac in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabian Manole prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cezar Dridu got free with Fabian Manole in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Cezar Dridu came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Caramidaru fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cezar Dridu couldn't finish the play. Lucian Bobei took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dacian Baniciu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 35 minutes into the match, Iurie Ciocâltea had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lucian Bobei. Caramidaru's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Iurie Ciocâltea was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cezar Dridu got free with Fabian Manole in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Chirlesti CSM's Luca Huțanu got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Octav Mârzac received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Fabian Manole tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 47 minutes into the match, Chirlesti CSM's goalkeeper Fabian Manole had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cezar Dridu.

In the 53rd minute Dacian Baniciu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucian Bobei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dacian Baniciu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 56th minute Cezar Dridu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabian Manole saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Caramidaru's Octav Mârzac in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Luca Huțanu kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. 69 minutes into the match, Caramidaru's Gigel Robu broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. If Cezar Dridu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cezar Dridu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fabian Manole having to make a save. Paul Răzvan kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Gigel Robu was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 74th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Cezar Dridu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Chirlesti CSM's Fabian Manole played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Octav Mârzac in the 81st minute of play. After 82 played minutes Chirlesti CSM got a freekick which was hit by Dacian Baniciu. Fabian Manole didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cezar Dridu went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Chirlesti CSM's Fabian Manole played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cezar Dridu in the 88th minute of play. Cezar Dridu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fabian Manole having to make a save. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Caramidaru players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
