Spectators: 7656 (Terracing: 5744, Seating: 1760, VIP seats: 152) An unexpectedly hard shot by Rareș Hârtopanu in the 4th minute of play forced Club Atlético Timișoara's goalkeeper Anton Ursulescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 7 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Rareș Hârtopanu sped through Club Atlético Timișoara's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Anton Ursulescu. In the 12th minute, Ion Muntian got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Rareș Hârtopanu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Veveritele Ucigase -MM-'s supporters rose to their feet, but Rareș Hârtopanu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anton Ursulescu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 20 minutes, Felix Chevereșan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Atlético Timișoara's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felix Chevereșan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 21st minute, Mugurel Manafu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 23 minutes into the match, Veveritele Ucigase -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Iulian Mihăilă came free, but Virgil Macovei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anton Ursulescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rareș Hârtopanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. If Vintilă Mavrogheni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rareș Hârtopanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 44th play minute Ion Muntian came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Anton Ursulescu. 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Felix Chevereșan to strike the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Timișoara's goal looked a bit too open when Mugurel Manafu came free, but Anton Ursulescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Veveritele Ucigase -MM-'s Rareș Hârtopanu in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Club Atlético Timișoara's goalie prevented a goal. Moise Mihăescu's late challenge caught a Veveritele Ucigase -MM-'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The supporters of Veveritele Ucigase -MM- booed when Club Atlético Timișoara was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Moise Mihăescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rareș Hârtopanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anton Ursulescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rareș Hârtopanu in the 66th minute of the match. A collision led to Club Atlético Timișoara getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Lucian Ionescu hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Club Atlético Timișoara's Flavius Slătineanu got a free kick in the 71st minute. In the 72nd match minute, Veveritele Ucigase -MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ion Muntian to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ion Muntian in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anton Ursulescu saved Club Atlético Timișoara from getting behind. Iulian Mihăilă received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Virgil Macovei tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Felix Chevereșan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Veveritele Ucigase -MM- getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Tiberiu Vişan hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Club Atlético Timișoara defense, Ion Muntian kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anton Ursulescu. The Club Atlético Timișoara fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anton Ursulescu should have stopped the shot. If Rareș Hârtopanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Anton Ursulescu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rareș Hârtopanu's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Veveritele Ucigase -MM- had won after a very even match.
