Spectators: 7750 (Terracing: 5814, Seating: 1782, VIP seats: 154) Dragoş Buznea started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Dragoş Buznea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 7 played minutes Wolves Academy got a freekick which was hit by Flavius Pantelimon. Alex Onciu was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Cristian Zgîrţa showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 11 minute of play. After having played for 18 minutes, Dragoş Buznea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wolves Academy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dragoş Buznea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mugurel Măcrineanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Alex Onciu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Mugurel Măcrineanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Flavius Pantelimon during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 26 played minutes Wolves Academy got a freekick which was hit by Flavius Pantelimon. Paul Bolcaș charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Paul Bolcaș the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Ghencea getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Paul Bolcaș hit a great ball. Wolves Academy's Dragoş Buznea got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 35thth minute of the game Dragoş Buznea who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ghencea's Horaţiu Nacu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Wolves Academy booed when Ghencea was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eric Tătăruşanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 37th minute, Dragoş Buznea got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mugurel Măcrineanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Alex Onciu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Wolves Academy's Petru Lungu got a free kick in the 43rd minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cristian Zgîrţa was the one to do the kick off. Gabriel Uncheşelu didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 1-1 via right post in the game's 56th minute. Wolves Academy's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! Wolves Academy's Aron Condescu got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Dragoş Buznea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Ghencea's zone, Dragoş Buznea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Horaţiu Nacu came out of the goal and Dragoş Buznea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 70th minute Dragoş Buznea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Horaţiu Nacu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 80thth minute of the game Dragoş Buznea who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ghencea's Horaţiu Nacu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Dragoş Buznea could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Horaţiu Nacu made a huge save. When the match clock showed 85 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Dragoş Buznea sped through Ghencea's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Horaţiu Nacu. In the 96th minute, Aron Condescu sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Ghencea's Horaţiu Nacu didn't even have to move. Wolves Academy's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
