After some careless play in the Trepadusii - BTF defense, Valer Bojin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Toader Dică. The Trepadusii - BTF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Toader Dică should have stopped the shot. David Tănase's late challenge caught a F.C. Gornea-CS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. David Tănase helped the player get up and apologised. In the 8th minute Călin Hapaina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Toader Dică saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 12 minutes into the match, Albert Filipașcu notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Trepadusii - BTF's Toader Dică. Toader Dică was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 19 minutes into the game, F.C. Gornea-CS's Horia Titulescu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Toader Dică made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Toader Dică took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valer Bojin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Trepadusii - BTF getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Nechifor Elian hit a great ball. In the 25th minute, Manuel Udrişte ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Toader Dică was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Ion Pacuraru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nechifor Elian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ion Pacuraru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ionuț Ispir in the 30th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ionuț Ispir in the 32nd minute of play forced F.C. Gornea-CS's goalkeeper Ion Pacuraru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 33 minutes F.C. Gornea-CS's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ionuț Ispir who took care of the corner kick. Teodor Udrea charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Teodor Udrea the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Trepadusii - BTF booed when F.C. Gornea-CS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teodor Udrea didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Virgil Daraban had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ionuț Ispir was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 42nd minute. Trepadusii - BTF's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. When David Cănănău, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 42 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Ion Pacuraru was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Ion Pacuraru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ionuț Ispir, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ionuț Ispir made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, F.C. Gornea-CS's goal looked a bit too open when Ionuț Ispir came free, but Ion Pacuraru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Toader Dică made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Valer Bojin sent off a good shot on target. In the 62nd minute Ionuț Ispir shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ion Pacuraru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 64 minutes into the match, Trepadusii - BTF's goalkeeper Toader Dică had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Călin Hapaina. 69 minutes into the match, Trepadusii - BTF's goal looked a bit too open when Valer Bojin came free, but Toader Dică reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ion Pacuraru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ionuț Ispir in the 72nd minute of play. Ionuț Ispir sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 79 minutes into the match, Ionuț Ispir notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of F.C. Gornea-CS's Ion Pacuraru. Ion Pacuraru was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Trepadusii - BTF's Toader Dică played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valer Bojin in the 85th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as F.C. Gornea-CS's Valer Bojin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Toader Dică. That made the score 1-5 after 86 minutes of play. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind F.C. Gornea-CS's goalkeeper Ion Pacuraru, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
