A collision led to Stioboreni getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Irinel Tirulescu hit a great ball. Alexandru Decuseară showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucrețiu Angheluță, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Sarsan's Alexandru Decuseară. Alexandru Decuseară was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 90th minute, Paul Danciu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alexandru Decuseară was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Stioboreni fully deserved thier win.
