With a couple of smart ball manuevers Constantin Danciu in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Octav Mircescu saved Zlasti from getting behind. A collision led to Zlasti getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Calistrat Coroian hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Zlasti's Marcu Tărbac got a free kick in the 6th minute. The supporters of NeverGiveUp booed when Zlasti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mugur Mircescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Zlasti getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Mugur Mircescu hit a great ball. Avram Nicea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anton Durbac, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. After 13 played minutes NeverGiveUp got a freekick which was hit by Constantin Danciu. Mugur Mircescu took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Avram Nicea. Avram Nicea dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 18th minute Marcu Tărbac shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Avram Nicea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Valentin Verzea scored 1-1 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Octav Mircescu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 22nd minute, Anton Durbac left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Zlasti fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Doru Melentie hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anton Durbac in the 33rd minute of play forced NeverGiveUp's goalkeeper Avram Nicea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Octav Mircescu made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Valentin Verzea sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cătălin Finteșteanu in the 41st minute of play forced Zlasti's goalkeeper Octav Mircescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 43 minutes of play, Zlasti's Anton Durbac made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Avram Nicea was left in no man's land by his defense there! After the first half Zlasti were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cătălin Finteșteanu made a kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mugur Mircescu in the 51st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Avram Nicea saved NeverGiveUp from getting behind. Avram Nicea was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Cătălin Manole. With a little luck, NeverGiveUp's Avram Nicea got control of the ball when Marcu Tărbac tried to sneak it across the goal line. Doru Melentie was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 60th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 62 minutes into the match, NeverGiveUp's goalkeeper Avram Nicea had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gigi Corbu. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cătălin Finteșteanu during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Cătălin Finteșteanu kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. After 66 played minutes Zlasti got a freekick which was hit by Calistrat Coroian. 69 minutes into the match, NeverGiveUp's goalkeeper Avram Nicea had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marcu Tărbac. Octav Mircescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vintilă Coraș in the 71st minute of the match. Mugur Mircescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anton Durbac in the 76th minute of play forced NeverGiveUp's goalkeeper Avram Nicea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marcu Tărbac during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Marcu Tărbac hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. The audience held their breath when Constantin Danciu in the 81st minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Octav Mircescu's left hand side. Constantin Danciu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Octav Mircescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Avram Nicea made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcu Tărbac in the 88th minute. Gigi Corbu came free with the goalkeeper in the 90th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Avram Nicea could save by the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcu Tărbac got free with Avram Nicea in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 92 minutes into the match, NeverGiveUp's Cătălin Finteșteanu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Octav Mircescu narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
