The audience thought a goal was coming when Emanuel Prezan got free with Șerban Onișoru in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 5 minutes into the game, Greoni's Fabian Macarie nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Șerban Onișoru made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. If Nicodim Olteanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Șerban Onișoru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emanuel Prezan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Șerban Onișoru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabian Macarie, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Black Scorpions Colentina's defense didn't have a chance, in the 19th minute, when Damian Sfetcu scored to the left of an out of position Șerban Onișoru, making the score, 2-0. 23 minutes into the match, Damian Sfetcu dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Șerban Onișoru, 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damian Sfetcu in the 25th minute of play forced Black Scorpions Colentina's goalkeeper Șerban Onișoru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Iordache Josan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vali Cicortaș, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eduard Turcescu during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Greoni getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Eduard Turcescu hit a great ball. Black Scorpions Colentina's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Vali Cicortaș in the 31st minute. Vali Cicortaș made a great header on Black Scorpions Colentina's corner, it was just that Greoni's Iordache Josan managed to reach the ball for a save. 35 minutes into the game, Fabian Macarie was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Greoni's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Black Scorpions Colentina the free kick. Nicodim Olteanu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Iordache Josan having to make a save. The supporters of Black Scorpions Colentina booed when Greoni was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eduard Turcescu didn't get a good kick on the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fabian Macarie made a kick off. After 56 minutes of play Greoni's Eduard Turcescu was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, Greoni's Eduard Turcescu got a free kick in the 56th minute. 61 minutes into the match, Black Scorpions Colentina's goal looked a bit too open when Emanuel Prezan came free, but Șerban Onișoru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fabian Macarie struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Șerban Onișoru didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Greoni. Șerban Onișoru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emanuel Prezan in the 67th minute of the match. Black Scorpions Colentina's Marian Nițulescu got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Damian Sfetcu fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Greoni's protests and gave Damian Sfetcu a yellow card for diving instead. Damian Sfetcu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Șerban Onișoru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Greoni's Iordache Josan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Greoni from getting a goal against them. Damian Sfetcu was shown his second yellow card after 94 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Greoni's Damian Sfetcu got a free kick in the 95th minute. Iordache Josan made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Nicodim Olteanu sent off a good shot on target.
