Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Alex Tarcu started the match with the kick off. Alex Tarcu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gică Orghidan having to make a save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marius Drăghici during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of CS Botosani BTF booed when Hagiomer was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marius Drăghici didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eric Avramescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Gică Orghidan made a huge save. Gică Orghidan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alex Tarcu's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. Hagiomer's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Alex Tarcu 20 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Gică Orghidan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alex Tarcu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gică Orghidan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eric Avramescu in the 26th minute. When Eric Avramescu came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the CS Botosani BTF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eric Avramescu couldn't finish the play. Mihai Rădescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mihai Zegreanu having to interfere. CS Botosani BTF's Mihai Zegreanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Amurăriței in the 34th minute of play. Manuel Magherescu took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mihai Zegreanu. Mihai Zegreanu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. The supporters of Hagiomer booed when CS Botosani BTF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dragoş Peptan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 42nd minute, Mihai Rădescu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 43rd match minute, CS Botosani BTF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dragoş Vochin to maneuver through the defense. Eric Avramescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Gică Orghidan made a huge save.

Robert Udrişte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gică Orghidan having to interfere. In the 55th minute, Marius Drăghici hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 58th minute Alex Tarcu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gică Orghidan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 59th minute Eric Avramescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gică Orghidan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eric Avramescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gică Orghidan having to interfere. 71 minutes into the match, CS Botosani BTF's goalkeeper Mihai Zegreanu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mihai Rădescu. After 75 minutes of play, Hagiomer's Mihai Rădescu made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mihai Zegreanu was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 79th minute Eric Avramescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gică Orghidan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Virgil Şantău took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 84th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gică Orghidan. Hagiomer's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 91 minutes into the match, Hagiomer's goal looked a bit too open when Alex Tarcu came free, but Gică Orghidan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. CS Botosani BTF's Mihai Zegreanu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save CS Botosani BTF from getting a goal against them. The CS Botosani BTF supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Hagiomer's performance. The match ended with a win for Hagiomer.
