If Luca Iacobescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Olimpiu Antoniu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With an all-out effort, Slobozia FC's Manuel Lovinescu threw himself towards the right post 52 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Luca Iacobescu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 54th minute, Slobozia FC's Sergiu Zgrăbunţa dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. The supporters of Slobozia FC booed when FC Oltul Slatina was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olimpiu Antoniu didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC Oltul Slatina's Roman Scislowicz was substituted for Mircea Chircu. A collision led to Slobozia FC getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Nicolae Cumpan hit a great ball. Roman Scislowicz struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Ilie Marghescu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Oltul Slatina.
