Mădălin Hațegan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Den Beaver, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Miercani booed when S -77 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Codruț didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 7 minutes, Den Beaver made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. S -77's Mădălin Hațegan tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Remus Neața during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 13 minutes into the match, Den Beaver notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of S -77's Mădălin Hațegan. Mădălin Hațegan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 16 minutes into the match, Miercani's Den Beaver sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mădălin Hațegan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mădălin Hațegan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Den Beaver in the 23rd minute of play. In the 27th minute, Den Beaver got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 31 minutes into the match, Miercani's goalkeeper Grigore Constantin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Grigore Ilinca. Mădălin Hațegan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marian Tinu in the 33rd minute of the match. Mădălin Hațegan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Den Beaver in the 37th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 39 minutes, Grigore Constantin successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 41 minutes into the match, Iosif Pacuraru had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mădălin Hațegan. S -77's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Iosif Pacuraru was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Mădălin Hațegan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marian Tinu in the 46th minute of play. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Grigore Ilinca made the kick off in the second half. Daniel Hurdubețiu kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Miercani's Den Beaver got a free kick in the 56th minute. When Miercani's Den Beaver in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye S -77's goalie prevented a goal. Mădălin Hațegan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marian Tinu, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Mădălin Hațegan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Den Beaver in the 64th minute of play. Grigore Constantin came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by S -77's Aurel Golescu. But to his dismay, Aurel Golescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4. Mădălin Hațegan made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Pompiliu Roşculeţ sent off a good shot on target. S -77's Mădălin Hațegan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save S -77 from getting a goal against them. Remus Neața was shown his second yellow card after 76 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 80 played minutes Miercani got a freekick which was hit by Narcis Timofte. With his leg Mădălin Hațegan managed to avoid a goal in the 86thth minute, when Miercani's Pompiliu Roşculeţ fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Aurel Golescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 91st match minute, S -77 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Horea Lupulescu to maneuver through the defense. S -77's Mădălin Hațegan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save S -77 from getting a goal against them. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Miercani eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
