The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Edi Moga hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Grigore Ilinca's late challenge caught a -BZF-Magica Steaua's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Grigore Ilinca helped the player get up and apologised. Grigore Ilinca hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Iustinian Elefterescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mădălin Hațegan made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Iustinian Elefterescu sent off a good shot on target. In the 16th match minute, -BZF-Magica Steaua was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dumitru Moisil to maneuver through the defense. 18 minutes into the match, Donato Ugaitz dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Mădălin Hațegan, 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Remus Neața managed to get in a good position for a shot. S -77's supporters rose to their feet, but Remus Neața was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rutenio Guzmán breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Daniel Hurdubețiu took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 24th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rutenio Guzmán. -BZF-Magica Steaua's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as -BZF-Magica Steaua's Donato Ugaitz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mădălin Hațegan. That made the score 2-0 after 25 minutes of play. -BZF-Magica Steaua's Iustinian Elefterescu got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 37th match minute, S -77 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marius Chițac to maneuver through the defense. When Marius Chițac fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored S -77's protests and gave Marius Chițac a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to S -77 getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Marius Chițac hit a great ball. In the 44th minute, Remus Neața hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Donato Ugaitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Mădălin Hațegan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the S -77 defense, Iustinian Elefterescu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mădălin Hațegan. The S -77 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mădălin Hațegan should have stopped the shot. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Grigore Ilinca to make the kick off. Rutenio Guzmán made an important save on a dangerous shot by Grigore Ilinca in the 53rd minute. When Marius Chițac was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 54 minutes had been played. After 55 played minutes S -77 got a freekick which was hit by Marius Chițac. In the 59th minute, Dumitru Moisil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Donato Ugaitz took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mădălin Hațegan. Mădălin Hațegan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. Iustinian Elefterescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Remus Neața managed to get in a good position for a shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Donato Ugaitz in the 81st minute of play forced S -77's goalkeeper Mădălin Hațegan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind -BZF-Magica Steaua's goalkeeper Rutenio Guzmán, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Iustinian Elefterescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Mădălin Hațegan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Remus Neața recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 98th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee ended the match the -BZF-Magica Steaua players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
