Super Troopers's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Martin Zburlea ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on FC DINAMO Bucuresti's corner Martin Zburlea fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Silviu Lung quite easily take care of the ball. Silviu Lung showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Irinel Cernescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Iosif Moculescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bogdan Stelea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iustinian Pană in the 24th minute of play. Roberto da Fonseca blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Silviu Lung having to make a save. In the 32nd minute of the match, Roberto da Fonseca tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Silviu Lung saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. A collision led to FC DINAMO Bucuresti getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Mihail Deliman hit a great ball. In the 36th minute, FC DINAMO Bucuresti's Roberto da Fonseca dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Irinel Cernescu kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. After 40 played minutes, Super Troopers's Dacian Cordescu shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Bogdan Stelea came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Super Troopers reached it. Silviu Lung made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roberto da Fonseca in the 42nd minute of play.

In the 55th minute, Roberto da Fonseca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice moves Iosif Moculescu could shoot a difficult shot in the 66th minute, which Bogdan Stelea however easily saved by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Irinel Cernescu in the 67th minute of play forced Super Troopers's goalkeeper Silviu Lung to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 69 minutes had been played when some careless play by Super Troopers's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Martin Zburlea was slow to take the kick. During this time FC DINAMO Bucuresti's players had a chance to rest. FC DINAMO Bucuresti's Sorin Cartiș was substituted for Roberto da Fonseca. If Irinel Cernescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Silviu Lung showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sorin Cartiș, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 88th minute, Sorin Cartiș got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Irinel Cernescu managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC DINAMO Bucuresti's supporters rose to their feet, but Irinel Cernescu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Silviu Lung breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bogdan Stelea made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Pico Pocock sent off a good shot on target. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. FC DINAMO Bucuresti had played much better football throughout.
