Spectators: 7999 (Terracing: 6000, Seating: 1840, VIP seats: 159) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Petrică Leluțiu kicked off to start the match. Teodor Burileanu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Petrică Leluțiu's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. Santul FC's Teodor Burileanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Irinel Ghioane in the 5th minute of play. In the 6th match minute, Santul FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valeriu Panaite to maneuver through the defense. Teodor Burileanu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Petrică Leluțiu went, in the 8th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Teodor Burileanu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Petrică Leluțiu's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. 14 minutes into the game, Irinel Ghioane cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Teodor Burileanu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Iurie Goma's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 20thth minute, Cornel Banu skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ovidiu Șora during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 20th match minute, Caciulesti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ovidiu Șora to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 23 minutes, Rareș Arghir managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Santul FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rareș Arghir was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Santul FC's Teodor Burileanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Janusz Grabski in the 29th minute of play. Petrică Leluțiu might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Teodor Burileanu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Petrică Leluțiu ran back to his position shaking his head. Irinel Ghioane fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teodor Burileanu having to interfere. After some careless play in the Santul FC defense, Janusz Grabski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Teodor Burileanu. The Santul FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Teodor Burileanu should have stopped the shot. Luca Manolescu hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. In the 41st minute of the match 钱沙挺 shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Teodor Burileanu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Teodor Burileanu came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Caciulesti's Irinel Ghioane. But to his dismay, Irinel Ghioane quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. The supporters of Caciulesti booed when Santul FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gheorghe Pupăzan didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half Caciulesti were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Iurie Goma was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Johan Ivarsson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Teodor Burileanu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. Irinel Ghioane succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-6 in the 54th playminute. In the 57th minute, Caciulesti's Johan Ivarsson ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Teodor Burileanu. Teodor Burileanu yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-7. Zsolt Gombos kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Caciulesti's Cornel Banu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iurie Goma in the 61st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Petrică Leluțiu in the 65th minute of play forced Santul FC's goalkeeper Teodor Burileanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Iurie Goma managed to get in a good position for a shot. Santul FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Iurie Goma was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cornel Banu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Teodor Burileanu was a little too slow when Irinel Ghioane got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 73rd minute. The score was now 0-8. Cornel Banu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iurie Goma in the 79th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Iurie Goma's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cornel Banu was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. Cornel Banu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iurie Goma, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Santul FC's Teodor Burileanu got control of the ball when Johan Ivarsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Santul FC booed when Caciulesti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Irinel Ghioane didn't get a good kick on the ball. Caciulesti played a much better game than Santul FC and deserved their victory. The Santul FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
